highest quality standards and we will do our utmost to assure that you are completely satisfied. Before returning your
item(s) be sure that you are eligible for a refund or exchange based on our conditions of return:

  • The return must be authorized in writing by a member of Judaica Embroidery.
  • Report any errors or product damage withing 5 days and retain all packaging.
  • Returns are not acceptable on customized and personalized items (e.g. embroidered or engraved items).
  • Returns on stock items must be authorized and is due for a 15% restocking fee.
  • Shipping, customs and handling fees are non-rufundable.

How To Return Your Purchase Contact our customer service or email us at before you ship back the purchase to ensure that
the return is in accordance to our return policy and is eligible for a refund or exchange. Items may be returned with UPS,
FedEx, USPS or any other insured shipping provider.
