highest quality standards and we will do our utmost to assure that you are completely satisfied. Before returning your
item(s) be sure that you are eligible for a refund or exchange based on our conditions of return:
- The return must be authorized in writing by a member of Judaica Embroidery.
- Report any errors or product damage withing 5 days and retain all packaging.
- Returns are not acceptable on customized and personalized items (e.g. embroidered or engraved items).
- Returns on stock items must be authorized and is due for a 15% restocking fee.
- Shipping, customs and handling fees are non-rufundable.
How To Return Your Purchase
Contact our customer service or email us at info@JudaicaEmb.com before you ship back the purchase to ensure that
the return is in accordance to our return policy and is eligible for a refund or exchange. Items may be returned with UPS,
FedEx, USPS or any other insured shipping provider.
